passed six related

signature regulations effective October 1, last year. The six

and certificate revocation lists; lay down requirements for secure time
stamp creation devices and electronic signature products; stipulate the
conditions of providing accredited certification services and
prescribing security audit requirements; describe operations
documentation maintained and security guidelines implemented by a
certification authority; and specify the methods of using Efficient
esignature software in commerce and communication with the public
authorities.
