Secure XML Digital
Electronic Signature Software,
From
HTML to Data
Exchange.

Secure XML Digital Electronic Signature
Software, One of the first was CML (Chemical Markup Language), which
was devised in 1997. A more recent one is
ebXML, an emerging
standard for e-business created and the United Nations Centre for
Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business. Last year's hotshot
XML-based markup language was WML (Wireless Markup Language), designed
for displaying information on Internet-capable cell phones, PDAs,
pagers, and set-top boxes. Secure XML Digital Electronic Signature
Software, The interaction is much like that between a Web server and
browser: A wireless device requests a document from a WAP (Wireless
Application Protocol) server. The server responds by sending the
document in WML format. The device, which already speaks WML, then
renders the document. Secure XML Digital Electronic Signature

Though XML and Secure XML Digital
Electronic Signature Software is now primarily considered a
method
for data exchange, it was originally designed to solve limitations in
the HTML standard, which was rapidly changing at the time. Companies
like Microsoft and Netscape modified the HTML standard to gain
mindshare, and the W3C couldn't keep up with changing the HTML spec
every few months. So in essence, the W3C said, "Let's give them an
extensible markup language." And XML was born. An XML application
is organized into several parts. First, the actual XML document (known
as the document instance) contains markup that represents your data. For
simplicity, let's call this the XML or Secure XML Digital Electronic
Signature Software data.
