Technical Support

Support for Infomosaic Products is e-mail based. Standard license includes support for 90 days starting from the day the software component is delivered. Additional annual support is available for 20% of the license fee. Annual support provides for free upgrades.

A user forum is available at http://www.infomosaic.com/forums. Please join this forum for user community support and access to the knowledge base. Infomosaic support team monitors the forums and responds to all queries posted there.
