The SecureWebsign Server enables organizations to manage business processes and transactions entirely online.

The SecureWebsign Server enables organizations to create, sign, store, access and manage the lifecycle of legally binding electronic documents. The SecureWebsign Server is an integrated system that provide the functionality necessary to meet the technical and legal requirements of transactions governed by ESIGN, UETA, Revised Article 9 of the UCC, SPeRS and GPEA.

• Ability to read and sign with any x509 v.3 certificate issued by both private and public certificate authorities.
• Ability to designate specific signer(s), certificate authority(s), countersignatures or expiration dates.
• Displays all available certificates for signing that

• Signer has the ability to view certificate properties.
• Signer has ability to reject document and send comments to document owner.
• Customizable support and help.
• Allows immediate and ongoing access to signed documents.
• Confirms signer's intent to submit legally binding document.
• Confirms document was successfully received and validated by the server.
• Checks certificate chain, expiration and revocation.
• Time and date-stamps transaction.
• Ensures document integrity.
• Ability to trigger email notification of submission of signed document.
